As part of the recent successful High Performance Weekend, Basketball Tasmania hosted a clinic for local coaches featuring Centre of Excellence assistant coach Sarah Graham presenting on skill and concept development.
A 13-year veteran of the Women’s National Basketball League and a WNBL Rookie of the Year, Graham has made a successful transition to coaching and has been an assistant coach with the Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence program for two years.
In this valuable coach development clinic, Sarah works through a series of drills and small-sided games that can be applied to all levels of the sport.
Basketball Tasmania continues to be a strong supporter of coach education and development. Thanks to Nic Martin for his ongoing work and leadership in the space, along with volunteer Ronnie Riggs who continues to do such excellent work filming and editing the clinics and events.
