Small Sided Games for Decision Making

Posted on Jun 24 2022

Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence men’s assistant coach Ash Arnott recently conducted a clinic for the Queanbeyan Basketball Association focusing on the use of small sided games to develop decision making in young players.

Coach Arnott demonstrates how to use a series of small sided games to teach vision, decisions and playing in the advantage situation. These drills can be used at the youth or senior level and can be adapted for purpose.

Thanks to Daniel Jenson and Queanbeyan Basketball Association for organising the clinic and sharing this valuable coach development clinic.
