Basketball New South Wales recently hosted their highly successful School Holiday On-line Basketball Festival with a host of fantastic presentations from a variety of coaches, players and basketball experts.
As part of the event, Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence athletes Chyra Evans and Isla Juffermans took players through a series of post skills and drills in an on-line clinic. The NSW athletes went through a series of pivoting, passing, finishing and rebounding drills that can be used by coaches of all levels to develop posts and multi-skill all players.
